Never stop learning
We are constantly looking for motivated students who want to assist us and grow together with us to become specialists of the future. Flat hierarchies and responsible tasks help you to add practical experiences to your studies.
r2p operates globally, with office locations in Europe, North- & South America, Asia and Australia. At our headquarters in Flensburg, Germany, we educate young people to become the professionals of tomorrow. During your apprenticeship at r2p you will be fully integrated into the daily business. You will get to know all departments and support your colleagues with all arising tasks. Next to the training on the job you will attend vocational school where you will learn about the theory to help master the job.
The vocational training normally lasts 3 years and can be shortened to 2.5 years in the case of exceedingly well performance.
Each year, we take up new apprentices for training as industrial clerks (Industriekaufmann/-frau), warehouse logistics specialists (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) and IT specialists (Fachinformatiker/in Schwerpunkt Systemintegration).
